THERE WILL BE NO COPIES OF BID PACKAGE MADE. The Bid is scheduled for June 29, 2016 @ 10:00 a.m. @ 369 Passaic Avenue, Fairfield, NJ (Conference Room). Please review your Bid package, Bid Bond amount carefully, double check your forms. Do not create your own Bid sheets. If you create your own Bid sheets your bid will be rejected. YOUR BID BONDS SHOULD BE BASED ON 180 DAYS. YOU MUST INCLUDE PROOF OF INSURANCE, LIST OF YOUR VEHICLES, VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS, AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FORM, BUSINESS REGISTRATION FORM. YOUR BID WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT ALL DOCUMENTS INCLUDED IN YOUR SEALED BID PACKAGE.

If you are awarded any routes you will be required to submit your Driver’s name, his or her Driver’s License Number, Aide name and Social Security Number for each route awarded. This request is mandatory. FAILURE TO PROVIDE DRIVERS AND AIDES THAT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH ON EACH ROUTE WILL RESULT IN ROUTE BEING CANCELLED.

 

YOU MUST PROVIDE AIR CONDITION ON ALL ROUTES AS REQUESTED…NOTE: Failure to provide A/C, OR AIDE will result in cancellation of the route. YOU MUST CONTACT PARENTS ON EACH ROUTE AWARDED AND ADVISE YOUR TIME OF P/U STUDENTS. PLEASE DO NOT DEFAULT ON YOUR DRY RUN, FAILURE TO DO DRY RUNS PENALTIES WILL BE ISSUED.

Please be advised all the INVOICES for School routes

(Separate Essex and Paterson and list all school routes on your invoice from A to Z

in alphabetical order), Field trips and Athletic trips should be submitted before 3:00PM

June 24, 2016 no exception, also the Attendance Sheets associate with school routes should be submitted as well.

 

All of 2015-2016 POs will be closed and cancelled on July 15, 2016.
